Watched Shannen in a movie last week, but I cannot find the name of it. It was about a stalker with a telescope, disguised voice telephone calls, etc. Can anyone help me with the name and year it was made?

It is not The Rendering its Aview of Terror/Nightlight (2003). hope this helps.

Its Sometimes on Lifetime (channel) but i just checked and its not on this week but Gone in the nite is on monday....or it could be LMN and Striking Poses is on that channel on tuesday!!! OOOOO and i just found out that Friends Til the End is on next monday17th on LMN!!! But if i remember i will post again if View of Terrior is on!!!
