I am impressed-I wondered, how you managed to stay cool, during that death scene, (the fear-then the devistation)-brilliant stuff!

I just found this wonderful website and just discovered a lot of your work. I recently started watching Charmed reruns and I was so upset when you left the show and the show is nothing with out you! 90210 was great too until you left! Of course I have only seen reruns.

Hey Shannen! Firstly, you are a truly talented actress & I hope to see you on screen again very soon. I was watching 'All Hell Breaks Loose' On Sunday & you are completely AMAZING,as Piper is dying & then when Prue tells the Doctors to go. It was one of the best acting scenes I have EVER seen on TV, I was in tears.

Please could I ask you 2 questions:

Are you still great friends with Sarah Michelle Gellar? (You are my 2 favourite actresses )

And as a republican does that mean you are Homophobic? Because Im gay myself & it would crush me if you were anti-gay.

Here is my question to Shannen: What kind of workout do you do? You are in such fantastic shape, lol. I have heard of all the fad workouts and diets. Do you follow a diet like the Zone or South Beach and what kind of workouts do you do to keep yourself in shape?

That may be a really dumb question, lol, but I'm interested, I'm trying to lose weight and I'm working out in a gym 5 days a week, lol, it's killing me!
