Im a little confused about this
She dosen't mean that Andy died 8 years ago?
Or did she mean the car accident with Phoebe?

I think is a screenplay misteke

Andy can't be died 8 years before.....the time line on Charmed is often confused think to witchstock.......

No its referring to when she had a car crash that nearly killed phoebe, & she felt guilty about it I'm pretty sure.
Then they mention Andy because she felt guilty about that too.

or she meant... that she was 8 years ago on the same bridge like she was... later you see her about the picture... but she also said it didn't crossed her mind 8 years ago...
