Ok, I´ll make this. But I have always questions, sorry, I´ll always wanna make everything right: permission means only writing `yes, you can use it´ or something else? And this is also no probleme with copyright? I mean we wanna make a present and not money so it´s ok, right?

Permission means "yes you can use it" and its for Shannen so I don't think there will be a problem with copyrights. However, I'd suggest trying to use pics that aren't from Charmed
