Same here. But Shannen is always the star to me.

I mean the other week I watched an interview/documentary about Sarah Michelle Gellar (my other fave actress along with Holly Marie Combs) and I've seen it about ten times but I only watched it the other day when I realised that Shannen is interviewed in it and her small appearances where the best thing about the whole show!

But I get off topic to illustrate my point.

The main thing is that Shannen is happy with the story and has a great time doing it.

With her in it the shows stands to reach a wider audience too. Those who where fans of the original, those who where Charmed fans, all the Shannen fans in the world and then a new audience... the teens of today.

I just hope the show isn't all about sex and how cool it is to have money, which the original never was like. Let's hope it catches the magic of the first, which in my opinion was missing from all the teen shows afterwards that attempted to imitate 90210's success.

When we know more we should start a thread in Q&A to show Shannen our support, but hopefully she already knows that she's gotten it!

I said that. Yeah, the original to me was more about "we're normal kids who want to be normal kids" and there was a moral sense to a lot of it.

I hope it doesn't lose that sense.

I hope the same, or they will lose alot of viewers who will tune into see it.
It doesn't have to have a morale in every episode, but to have that "Take our money away we still have the same issues." feel to it.

Yeah, I agree with you. At least once in a while they went "lets look at the bigger picture" but it wasn't preachy and it wasnt stuck up but it wasn't all about wealth either. It had a good balance.

But Shannen likes that about shows so I bet she wouldn't let it turn into that, at least with Brenda! I think Brenda is just going to be amazing! But that's no real surprise
