She appears to have slept with quite a few people, so I don't think she has a clue who the father is.

Adrianna said she slept with Hank from rehab who ended up being HIV positive. So Hank just may be the father. But then again Adrianna did sleep with many guys.

Yea idk.. but i feel bad for her she's just turning her life around and now she is pregnant. Every since they put her through rehab im liking her character more and more..
